Motivated and ready to sell! Gorgeous 2003 Pace Arrow 36B Ansel Adams edition, by Fleetwood, is in top condition. Tracker ZR2 tow vehicle also for sale. If you like to have room to move around, this motorhome with 3 slides is just for you. Dual front slides give you a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area. A freestanding rocker/recliner and full couch, that pulls out into a queen size bed, give you plenty of room to watch the Panasonic home theater entertainment system with a DVD, VCR, surround sound speakers and a large 27 inch TV. Both televisions are linked to a Track Vision auto locating satellite dish, as well as a standard TV antenna.
The kitchen and dining area have beautiful oak finished cabinets, ceramic counter tops, stainless steel double sinks, soap dispenser, water filter, microwave/convection oven and a two burner stove top. The double door refrigerator has an ice maker and plenty of space for everything you will need for the trip. A washer/dryer combination is located here as well, for those long trips, along with an ironing board set up. The side dinette table (which seats 4), and doubles as yet another bed, has padded benches for added comfort. ( PLEASE NOTE floor plan shows free standing dinette table.)
The bedroom has a slide out as well, giving you ample space to watch TV on your queen size bed with pillow top mattress, with an added 2 inch down-filled mattress cover. The elegantly designed fabric covered headboard has matching valances and a room darkening shade for your comfort. The bedroom also has a large two door, cedar lined wardrobe with a wire shelf and room to hang your clothes. Several drawers underneath provide room for all of the essentials. A Dust Buster hangs in the wardrobe for added convenience.
The glass walled shower features a single lever control and triple soap/ shampoo dispenser within easy reach. The vanity area has a stainless steel sink with ceramic counter tops, medicine cabinet and towel/linen cabinet. A private compartment located next to the bedroom holds a porcelain toilet and additional cabinet storage with a magazine rack.
Interior seating is Ultra leather and designed with comfort in mind. Driver’s seat is a 6-way power chair. Driver also has within easy reach a large button AM/FM radio with built in CD player. Front passenger seat has a computer work station. Other features include an audio/video back-up camera, remote heated rear view mirrors with turn indicators, 5.5 KW Onan generator, new dual 6V/Deep cycle 218 amp house batteries , 8.1 L Workhorse engine w/ Allison transmission, electric patio awning, Ultra Guard skirt and 3 telephone jacks located through out the coach.
PRICED SEPARATELY at $7,995.00, is a Chevrolet Tracker ZR2, 4x4, 2 door convertible that is ready to tow. This is an extremely rare tow vehicle The car seats 2-4 people with a GVWR of 3593 lbs.
The ZR2 comes equipped with 5 speed manual transmission, power windows, power mirrors, power door locks, AM/FM radio with CD player, cruise control, AC, and currently has 35,000 miles and an average 27 MPG HWY. Tracker has a black exterior with a dark gray interior.
