Use of this site signifies your agreement to the Terms of Use
The following Terms and Conditions of Use are applicable to the Affinity Group, Inc. network of Web sites. Hereafter in this documentation, Affinity Group, Inc. and its affiliates and partners will be referred to as "AGI."
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms (including the Privacy Policy) will mean you accept those changes.
USE OF MATERIALS
This site is owned and operated by AGI. No material from any AGI Web site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, reprinted or distributed in any way without the expressed written permission of AGI, except that you may download or print one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of AGI's copyright and other proprietary rights and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
USE OF rvSEARCH.com SERVICES
RVSearch.com is an online referral service that enables buyers and sellers of recreational and specialty vehicles to interact with one another for the purpose of buying and selling such vehicles. RVSearch.com may edit, restrict access to, temporarily remove, or permanently terminate any item, page, or section of rvSearch.com, or any part thereof, at any time.
The information and/or items that appear on rvSearch.com are for general knowledge purposes only, and while every attempt is made to ensure accuracy of such information, errors may occur. As with any monetary endeavor, before buying or trading goods or services, verify with the seller any and all information (particularly the price) that impacts your decision to buy an item. RVSearch.com is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, or the condition of any item or service offered via an online listing.
We expect all visitors at rvSearch.com to act ethically and be equitable to all; however, we cannot verify the information sellers give or guarantee the item(s) they offer. Neither do we guarantee sellers of the validity of any payment he/she receives from a buyer. Don't allow yourself to be tempted by a deal that seems too good to be true, unless you have enough facts to assure yourself of a good result. Be skeptical, be smart and you'll be successful.
Item descriptions/prices/photographs/information are supplied by the seller, not by rvSearch.com. Prices listed for items on rvSearch.com often DO NOT INCLUDE items such as finance charges, sales tax, license fees, title fees, regulatory fees, compliance fees, emission testing fees, and/or dealer documentary fees, or other possible charges that may be added to the advertised price to arrive at a final price of any one item. All terms of sale (including price) are to be handled by, and are dependent upon, direct discussion and arrangement between the buyer and seller, whether conducted face-to-face, via phone, internet electronic communications, or third party escrow service.
All sellers offering an item or items for sale via rvSearch.com must be legally able and willing to sell each item at the price and the terms given within the online listing. This includes the transfer of title or ownership. The seller accepts all responsibility for the information included within each listing. Any and all personal information provided by the seller to rvSearch.com must be accurate and provide the ability to directly correspond with the seller. It is the seller’s responsibility to maintain accurate contact information on rvSearch.com for the entire time his/her listing is live on the website. This is easily done via our online web interface accessible at https://www.rvsearch.com/myrvs/index.cfm or by calling our customer service department at 1-866-457-7346.
In addition, sellers may not require money from prospective buyers for any information pertaining to the item for sale, nor use rvSearch.com as a means of promoting or advertising, without our prior written consent, any other business, website, product or service. RVSearch.com reserves the right to deny the use of this website, and any RV.net family website, to anyone who does not comply with these rules or who uses this website in any way that we deem offending or improper.
Each person is solely responsible for information/content included in any electronic messages transmitted by him/her through rvSearch.com or to any e-mail address obtained from/on rvSearch.com. Should any information included within a listing, or included within a subsequent e-mail message between a prospective buyer and seller, be suspected as an attempt to conduct a fraudulent transaction, or include any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, attempt to mislead or defraud, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law, rvSearch.com reserves the right to remove, suspend, and or block the offending content and the person committing the offense from our website. RVSearch.com also reserves the right to file a complaint with government officials against the offender.
While rvSearch.com cannot check or validate all listings posted to our website, we do attempt to verify the authenticity of some listings. We also provide on every listing detail page a link and subsequent method for reporting suspected fraud. RVSearch.com reserves the right (but undertakes no obligation) to remove, suspend, or edit any listings that we deem unacceptable or inappropriate, for any reason. In such instances, no refund will be available to the person, persons, or business responsible for posting the listing(s).
RVSearch.com may occasionally receive information related to the communication between buyers and sellers via complaints or inquiries submitted to rvSearch.com. This may include copies of electronic communications between buyers and sellers. Likewise, we may release such information when deemed needed or applicable in an attempt to comply with law, to administer our site terms and conditions, or to protect our site’s visitors’ rights, safety, or property.
RVSearch.com has the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or conditions.
PUBLIC FORUMS AND COMMUNICATION
"Public Forum" means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function offered as part of any AGI Web site. You shall not upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through any AGI Web site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law. Information, views and opinions expressed in Public Forums are the views of the person posting the message, do not necessarily reflect the views of AGI and are not endorsed, supported, encouraged, sanctioned, verified or agreed upon by AGI. AGI reserves the right to remove or edit content that we believe may be offensive to our audience and/or which violates our family-oriented standards. Please be advised that because of real-time circumstance, these materials may not always be able to be removed or edited in a timely fashion.
AGI is not responsible for any unsolicited e-mail you may receive as a result of participating in any Public Forum. AGI reserves the right to terminate your ability to access any of Public Forum for any reason and without notice.
By communication in any Public Forum, you hereby represent that you have all necessary rights in the materials, communications, or other information that you have provided, transmitted or sent to the Public Forum. By uploading materials to any Public Forum or submitting any materials to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials have been waived.
AGI DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE MATERIALS FOUND IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM, NOR FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF ANY PUBLIC FORUM OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN.

Merchant and service availability, price and time-related information appearing on the AGI Web sites are subject to change. AGI is not responsible for any such changes and advises you to confirm all specific terms appearing on the AGI Web sites before acting in reliance on such terms.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL AGI BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE, EVEN IF AGI OR AN AGI AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

Other trademarks not listed here, but which are associated with AGI, are protected
by law as well. Duplication, tampering or unauthorized use in any way of any
of the AGI trademarks may be subject to fine and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ASSIST+ MONEY BACK GUARANTY
Only sellers who purchase an Assist+ listing (“Assist+ Listing”) are eligible for RVSearch.com's money back guaranty (the “Guaranty”). Assist+ Listings that meet all of the following eligibility requirements are eligible for a full refund of the Assist+ Listing purchase price.
(a) To be eligible for the Guaranty, each listing placed by sellers must:
- be priced at or below NADA value;
- include not less than 12 photographs of the RV being sold;
- include a floor plan of the RV;
- include complete seller contact information;
- contain all applicable information requested in the listing request form;
- provide thorough and complete description of the RV, including, but not limited to, kitchen appliances, A/C units, size of RV beds, interior fabric type, entertainment items and maintenance records; and
- have been listed continuously on the RVSearch.com site for six consecutive months without interruption following the Assist+ Listing start date.
(b) The advertised RV must still be for sale as of the date the refund request is submitted and the RV’s title must be in the seller's possession or the possession of a lien holder on seller's behalf. Assist+ Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as the result of the listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible for the Guaranty.
(c) The Assist+ Listing must have been purchased by an individual seller and not by or on behalf of any entity or person that is in the business of selling vehicles.
(d) The Assist+ Listing must satisfy all provisions of the RVSearch.com Terms and Conditions available from time to time on RVSearch.com or any other AGI Web site. Any seller who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the RVSearch.com Terms and Conditions or any AGI Web site Terms and Conditions has automatically forfeited its eligibility for the Guaranty.
(e) All refund requests must be made within 14 days following the six month period in which the Assist+ Listing was purchased by seller. Requests may be submitted by phone, mail or e-mail information listed at http://www.rvsearch.com/info/contact-info.cfm.
MISCELLANEOUS
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
