SUMMARY. This coach has been our winter home and taken us coast to coast several times while exploring the US. Coach is in excellent condition and has been well maintained. We are selling due to recent second home purchase.
ENJOYMENT. There is no way to fully describe camping in Key West, Bar Harbor, Coronado, following the Lewis and Clark Trail thru Montana or simply enjoying Phoenix in the winter.
CONDITION of COACH. Interior: The pictures pretty well detail the interior condition. Other than an extra towel hook here and there, no modifications have been made. The roof vents are covered to block sunlight when in storage. Throw rugs where used to trap dirt when entering coach so carpet is still very clean. Exterior: Both front tires are relatively new, one windshield replaced due to rock damage, many accessories (such as ladder, sewer hoses) will accompany coach. Never had any problems with either grey or black water tanks, air conditioners (heat pumps) work very well, generator starts immediately.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT. Unit has many upgrades. On the exterior it has chrome/heated/power mirrors, polished aluminum wheels, a full length mud flap and a full width storage bay slide out tray. The electrical system has an energy management system and an Onan 7.5KW Diesel generator. The co-polot seat is 6-way power with footrest and there are power sunvisors. Other interior upgrades include home theater system with DVD, 4-door refrigerator with ice maker, Ultraleather sofa, fabric Magicbed sofa and wood flooring in the galley.
SPECIFICATIONS. Gross Vehicle Weight rating is 32,000 lbs. Gross Combined Weight Rating is 42,000 lbs. Even fully loaded (fuel, water & 'stuff'), actual weight is significantly less than the 32,000 lbs GVW. The 95 gal water tank (plus 10 gal hot water heater), large refrig/freezer, 38 gal LPG tank and large black/grey water tanks makes it easy to 'dry camp' for 2 full weeks in remote locations. Can easily tow a Jeep since the hitch is rated at 10,000 lbs
