1996 National Tropical 36' Gas Engine Model 236L with only 45,600 miles. Designed to stand up to full time living. All cabinetry through out are solid oak -- no laminates.
RV on Line -- an independent rater of RV's -- rated this model one of the safest to drive, reliable to own and high on customer satisfaction. They rate less than 20% of motorhomes as safe to drive.
This motor home is powered by the reliable Ford Triton Engine.
Living room has unique front facing sofa to add to comfortability. Front Dash set up with second 42" Plasma TV.
Kitchen has a pull out pantry, under counter toaster oven & coffee maker, gas cook top, microwave & convection oven.
Self contain bathroom has a full bath tub & shower with glas door as well as a large hanging closet and plenty of clothing drawers.
Bedroom has a walk around queen bed, large under bed storage and plenty more closet space.
Outside basement again adds extensively to your storage and includes a camping generator.
Hydraulic 4 way jacks are controlled at the drivers seat. Generator for full camping abilities. Main awnings and 1 each for all windows.
If you want a motorhome that can stand up to the use, that's safe while your on the move, comfortable when you are parked and can store all of your needs this one fills the bill.
This motor home is at Desert Edge RV Park close to 101 &17 freeways until March 31, 2009
Although this motor home is not set up for the washer dryer, I also have a little used Splendid model available for sale separately, (a $1200 option new) for $575.
