Purchased new in 1/06. Kept on site since delivery in ownership/rental park. Included in sale is 18' A&E Patio Room and front storage skirt(new '07), king pin stabilizer, and tire covers. Unit has 4 slides with slide toppers and a 19' A&E awning. Removeable plexiglass panels in entry screen door. There are 3 Maxair vent covers on the roof. Dometic remote controlled operated air conditioner/furnace and 10 gallon DSI water heater. Day/night shades throughout unit except mini blinds covering kitchen window. Rear living room has new reclining love seat and 2 new glider rocker chairs which were purchased new 10/07. Will include full size Aero Bed air mattress which can be used on living room floor for extra sleeping. Also features a desk with file drawers, 27" Toshiba TV with DVD home theatre system and upgraded Panasonic speakers, ceiling fan/light, and an electric fireplace/heater. French doors with shades separate the living area from the kitchen/dining area. Dinette is free standing with extension and 4 chairs with storage. Kitchen has an oven, 1/2 Time microwave/convection oven, raised panel refrigerator/freezer, and power vent fan with rain sensor. Also has corian/solid surface countertops and sinks with covers and newer faucet with spray, linoleum floor, wall pantry and lots of cabinets for storage. The bedroom has a king bed, 19" Toshiba TV that swings out for viewing, safe located under bed, mirrored closet, 6 drawer dresser and Splendide combo washer/dryer(new '07). Privacy curtain separates bedroom from bath area. Neo angle shower with skylight and enclosed room with porcelain toilet. Sink with vanity next to shower has linoleum floor. There is a pocket door that can be used to close the kitchen off from the bed/bath area. Laundry shoot with basket under floor by bed/bathroom. Unit is in excellent condition .
