Ducted central A/C, furnace, 6.5CF Norcold refridgerator /freezer, lots of storage cabinets in galley due to omission of conventional oven. 2-3 bunk configuration (5 rollable storage bins in use with 2 bunks) for awsome storage, bunk room has bi-fold door for privacy and also has ward closet / drawers. Queen size sleeper sofa, queen size bed in master BR with lots of cabinets. Bathroom has china toilet and tub/shower surround. AM/FM/CD player with 4 wired speakers, 13" color TV wired for both cable and or sattelite, conventional crank up roof top TV antenna, outside shower and roof ladder. Removable flag pole. Original owner. Unit saw road travel for 2 years only. Unit has been on a seasonal site since 2006.
