Incredibly roomy expandable with tent ends on front and back as well as the side of the unit (2 doubles and 1 queen). All aluminum frame construction with fiberglass exterior and very lightweight at only 3940 lbs unloaded dry weight. Also has large u-shaped dinette in the front for extra sleeping if necessary. Canvas and screens on tent ends are in excellent shape. It has an l-shaped kitchen with the most counter space I've ever seen in an expandable unit. Interior features include full center bath with tub/shower, 6 cu ft gas/elec fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, 6 gallon dsi gas/electric hot water heater, furnace, a/c, vinyl flooring throughout, am/fm/stereo/cd/cassette, entertainment center for tv, pantry, fantastic fan in bath, huge closets and storage, skylight in bath, mini blinds throughout, white washed oak cabinetry, front entry door. Exterior features include torsion axels, battery, 30 amp detactable electrical cord, porch light, pass through and outside storage, tv antenna, outside shower, 4 stab jacks, spare tire, 2 30 lb lp tanks, awning, 36 gallon fresh water tank. This unit was bought brand new at our dealership and all regular maintenance records are on file. This is a really nice unit for someone who needs a lightweight unit with lots of sleeping and storage room!! We take trades.
