Big Trucker’s dream! 2003 Mountain Aire 40 foot 5th wheel and 1998 Volvo 610 Semi-truck. We purchased the 5th wheel new in 2004. This is a superbly maintained, gorgeous triple side-out unit. Fully furnished including washer/dryer, 3 TV’s (flatscreen in living area), DVD/VCR, CD/tape stereo, sofa (sleeper), 2 recliners, dinette table with 4 chairs, 12 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator, and lots of storage inside and outside. Both the 5th wheel and semi have been kept under cover when not in use. Volvo semi is a sleeper cab with a microwave, refrigerator, and porta-potty. It has an air-ride hitch and air-ride seats, back decking is all chrome and there is a power hoist used for loading a motorcycle on the back. The Volvo is classified as a motor home. ONLY REASON for the sale of this dream combination is due to the death of one of the owners. Price: $65,000 for the 5th wheel and $45,000 for the Volvo. All reasonable offers will be considered.
