RV is currently located in Wichita Falls, TX but will be driven to Cleveland, GA in approximately 2 weeks.
Unit is in excellent operating condition. Wall to wall blue carpeting with hardwood in front of kitchen area. Living area has 27" TV and bedroom has 13" TV, both built-in. Converter boxes for HDTV will be supplied for both TVs.Dash has built-in
AM/FM radio with casette player and speakers in living room and bedroom. A DVD/CD player which plays through the TV will be furnished. Comes with automatic satellite tracker for cable TV and a Winegard RV antenna
Power is a Ford V-10 Triton on a Ford F350 Super Duty chassis. Comes with cruise control, rear view camera and driver and passenger captains chairs. Ten foot slide-out in living room with joy stick-controlled hydraulic leveling system. Equipped with Firestone Ride Rite Air Helper springs. Generator is a 6.6 KW Generac with 203 hours.
Dometic side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which runs on 110 volt or propane. Three burner propane grill and oven in kitchen along with built-in Sharp Carousel microwave/convection oven.
Skylight in bathroom above shower and has exterior shower hose. King size bed in bedroom and fold-out couch bed in living area. There is storage room under both beds, 2 large wardrobes, 10 drawers, 10 overhead storage units and 2 large bedroom cabinets.
Recent maintenance includes the following with month and year: generator overhaul (5/05), new slide-out cover and rear ladder (9/05), new toilet (6/06), new front tires, alignment and coach battery (3/07), new 12 V water pump (7/07), front brakes and rotors replaced (1/08) and slide-out solenoid valve and cylinder synch replaced (3/08)
July 27, 2008 NADA retail values are $51,827 (average) and
