The side hall with picture window ,two door bath access providing ample privacy in both bath and bedroom.Bedroom wardrobe with built in TV gives plenty of bedroom storage,residential size queen bed provides the sleeping comfort.
The abundant cabinetry continues forward into the main living area providing drawers, pantry space, appliance garage, TV enclosure and room for long term usage. Appliances include 3 burned stove with cover and oven, microwave, water filter system, dbl. Door refrigerator with auto switchover. The comfort lounge sofa and booth dinette provide seating and eating space. The fantastic fan ,ducted air and heat, tinted glass allow for your comfort adjustment.
Entertainment is provided by 2 built-in TV’s and a indoor/outdoor LCD TV , DVD/tape player, External antenna, King auto scan Satellite dome and an outdoor entertainment center with built-in radio and CD player and TV connection. A 16’ awning provides for outdoor relaxation and the outdoor shower is great getting the sand off at the beach!
The wide running boards, power step and handi-grip eases entry and exit.
Twin coach batteries, 130 Amp alternator , along with the 55 Amp Converter and the 4.0 KW generator provide the electrical needs for extended stays.
The hitch is rated to pull 5000 lbs and the unit is wired for both toad or dolly towing with the added brake control.
The unit is in Pristine condition with 5,554 miles, NO pets, NO smoking and will show like new!
