Priced to sell! Everything works on this beautiful motor home. I am forced to sell as I am returning to graduate school full time. I recently got back from South Texas and this thing pulled my tow so well I didn't even know it was back there. Averaged 11 miles per gallon with a tow which is about twice that of a Hummer! I haven't even owned this rig for one year but the previous owner had it serviced right before I bought it. The 6 cylinder Caterpillar Diesel engine was serviced as well as the 6 speed Allison transmission. Got a new air filter during that servicing also. As I write this I am about to talk myself out of selling it! It is a sweet rig. The tires are approximately two years old and have plenty of tread. There is even a spare tire which is brand new. I will throw in the tire covers I keep on it (you can see these in the photos). As far as the things wrong with it there are the usual wear and tear dings but overall it looks new especially with a good wax job. There is also a small tear on the slide canopy but doesn't effect the operation of the slide at all. Like I said I am going back to school and really hate to sell it but I must. I know you will really enjoy this rig.

Slide out: 16 foot.
Tank capacities: Water heater 10gal; Gray holding 52gal; Black holding 52gal; Fresh water 80gal in tank + 10gal in water heater = 90gal.
Engine: Cat Diesel 5.9L 300HP
Generator: Quiet Onan 7.5kW with less than 470 hours on it. Powers the WHOLE rig without a problem and still uses very little diesel
All necessary hookups are included including power, water and sewer.
Entertainment: TVs in living room/cab and one in bedroom. I had this rig hooked up to satellite in Texas. Wired for cable TV. Wired for land line phone as well. The stereo is an in-dash Sony CDX-M7815X CD/AM/FM model which powers four speakers - two in the front and two in the bedroom.
Heating/Cooling: Two roof mounted air conditioners/heat pumps. These will provide heat or cool the rig on AC power. There is also a propane furnace that will roast you out if the temperature down south ever dips down in winter.
Water Heater: Propane/AC heated but is also heated by the engine while driving. You can stop driving for the day then take a hot shower to wind down. By the way the propane is very efficient in this rig for both heating the unit and running the water heater.
There are hookups for a washer and dryer in this rig. It is now being used as a tall closet but all you have to do is remove the shelves and you can install a washer/dryer no problem.
