This unit is unique due to a custom couch with pull-out bed featuring a very comfortable mattress with inflatable top, and custom made dinette which seats 4 people comfortably and has storage drawers beneath. The dinette was made in Lancaster county by an Amish gentleman who also recovered the driver and passenger seat with soft leather. It has a super slide room on the dinette side; a full kitchen with 3 burner stove, a four door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oak cabinets, corian ctr tps, double sink, water filter, pantry, mini blinds, tile floor. New plush carpet in rest of areas, split bath w/glass enclosed jacuzzi tb, skylight, fantastic fan, mirror closet doors, cedar lined closet, built in safe, AM/FM cassette stereo w CD, day/night shades, lthr and pwr drivers and extra wide pasg seat, dash fans, wired for CB radio, elec double step, outside shower, rubber roof, ladder, remote spot light, electric and heated mirrors, lighted and heated basement storage, outside storage, joey bed, jake brake, 7.5K Generator, Inverter, queen bed w new mattress. Excellent condition.no smoke, no pets. Great for full timers. Just reduced to $89,000
