Thermostat controled electric AC and propane heat. Propane hot water heater. 40 gal. fresh water, 30 gal. grey water, and 30 gal. black water tanks. Electric steps. Outside shower, outside entertainment center with AM/FM radio and cable hook ups. Outside attached gas grill. Telephone, cable, electric, water, and sewer hook ups are all easily accessible.
