After a year on the road in our beloved RV living a dream, we have settled down in the Boulder area and must now sell her. She is like a member of our family and even has a name. So we are looking for a buyer that will love and enjoy her as much as we have and we will hopefully allow someone else to live their dream!
We are offering our RV at a really terrific deal. LOW NADA retail value on it is $79,975. The reason we are offering so low is that we just want to get it sold. We were going to go through a consignment broker, but they would only sell it for a higher retail and we would net only about as much as we are currently asking, but may have to wait a longer time to sell it. So our impatience is your gain!

Tires are original and about 70% used but still lots of miles left on them.
The RV Sleeps 6. The sofa is a full pull-out bed and the dinette converts into a bed. The rear bed is a queen with amazing storage underneath.
A couple of issues:
There is some slight chipping to the formica on the dinette.
The official bedding (that matches the valences) is in our storage unit in NC. We will be getting it all out in August.
The RV came with a recliner made of the same material as the sofa and front seats that we removed to make more space. It is also in our storage unit in NC and we will be bringing it back in August and it simply bolts back into the floor.
We removed the TV in the bedroom. It was a very bad design on a swing out shelf that fell out twice. We had it repaired once under warranty but when it happened again, we decided we would rather have the cabinet space. A new 15" flat screen TV should easily mount onto the bedroom wall about the window.
The turntable doesn't work in the microwave, but the microwave does work.
A delivery might be possible depending on buyer location.
