This is a very nice unit in excellent condition with lots of amentities: Master bedroom with slideout queen bed and full closet. Quad bunks in the front with connector for TV and 12 vott accessory. Living area and kitchen has a triple slide with beautiful interior throughout. The couch and kitchen table can be let down to make additional sleeping for guests. The kitchen area has a microwave, above the stove and a refrigerator in the same oak wood finish featured throughout the entire park model. Full bath with washer and dryer in the bath closet. The doors have been widened for accessiblilty and the front door has an attachable ramp for entry. The Park model has the availability to be a long term stay model with the ability to connect to the internet, phone service and cable accessible through the switches on the interior. The central air conditioner is a 15,000 BTU unit with the heating unit dispensing through the floor panels.
The unit features an outside shower with mutiple storage units and the awning is in outstanding condition. There are two gas cylinders in the front with a cover. The tongue jack is electric also. Blue tank is included. Weight distribution hitch included. Eveything you need to live or stay for a vacation. Excellent price.
If needed for towing: Avaliable to buy, a 2003 Dodge 3500 Ram in great condition for $15,000.
