2003 Itasca Spirit Class C (by Winnebago.) Hard-to-find 22-foot rear bath model, purchased new from Suncoast RV in May, 2004. Less than 13,500 miles. Unit is well maintained and almost new. The E-350 Ford chassis has the Triton V-1O engine, dual rear wheels and a 3,500 lb trailer hitch. The cab has all the desired comfort and convenience equipment.
Coach has ducted roof AC with heat pump, 3 burner stove and oven, microwave, amplified roof antenna, TV/VCP, awning, power step, outside shower, outside entertainment center, wheel liners, dual house batteries, fiberglass roof, ladder and a 4.0 KW Onan generator. Sleeping arrangements include: over cab (2), convertible dinette (2), and let down sofa (2). All factory manuals and service records for chassis and coach are included.
This 22' Class C is almost as easy to drive and park as a Class B van, and just as easy as the B Cruisers. However, unlike Class B's, it has a dry bathroom and a dinette and a gas oven and it can sleep 6 people.
