FOR SALE: Excellent Condition... This coach has been well maintained including synthetic Allison transmission fluid. The brakes are good and the 8.3, 300hp Cummins has never run better. It has 4 near new tires, factory exhaust brake, hitch, TV booster, 2 TVs, and new VCR and DVD player. This rig needs NOTHING mechanical and will go ‘till you run out of road. The interior has honey oak cabinets throughout that have been well cared for with frequent polish and look like new. The galley is equipped with corian counter top, tons of cabinets, two burner stove, side by side Dometic fridge, U-line ice-maker, microwave / convection oven, two pantries & many drawers. Ceramic tile in kitchen & bath with tan carpet in LR & BR. The interior is very neutral in color. This is a non-smoker, no pet coach with day/night shades on all windows. The driver’s and co-pilot seats have been recently replaced with ivory soft leather reclining power seats. There is a custom built oak desk(matches the cabinets) with file drawer and a recliner on the passenger side INSTEAD of the 2 chairs & end table shown on the floor plan. It has a neutral fabric queen sofa that makes into a bed. The bedroom has a queen bed, and THREE wardrobes with tons of other storage. Washer/dryer combo in bath area with separate potty room. The two A/C units also have heating elements in them for electric heat. Hot water heater is 6 gallon, either gas or electric. Also, a 40 channel factory installed CB. The exterior has a new patio awning, along with awnings on all other windows. The THREE storage bays are extra tall and 2 of them are complete pass through with one joey bed. The paint, glass and body are in excellent condition and few people ever believe it’s a 1995. This motor home has only 110,000 miles but has been driven regularly, so all systems are in good working order. This rig is a MUST SEE, must drive for only $49,000.
