This vehicle purchased new in Oct. 07 by us. It has been used infrequently. The floor plan has bunk beds with curtains, the flooring is carpet and tile, you can close off the master suite from the rest of the unit, the bunk bed area can be closed off from the master suite and the rest of the unit. The coach has a manual satellite dish, plenty of storage in and outside. This coach is perfect for someone with children or grand children. The bunk beds are great for kids or smaller adults or for storage. We have serviced it regulary, after each trip we took and recently went through a major preventative service for upcoming summer season. It is a comforatable vehicle to drive, handles hills with power even when towing a vehicle like our Jeep Liberty. Gas mileage is what you would expect, hilly area not so good but on the flat the read out I have seen as much as 13 mpg. Typically it runs about about 10-12 mpg with a 75 gallon gas tank. We have had extended stays in it for up to three weeks and have not felt the need to go to a motel, very comforatable. There are two side outs one for the bedroom and bunk bed area and the other is in the living area. This is a great unit ,hate to sell it but we bought it for our business thinking we would use it on business trips. We have come to realize our previous methods were better and this vehicle is not needed and since we are not around most of the year it sits empty.
