Excellant Like New Condition on this Class B+/C Mini Motorhome. Unit was purchased new from dealer in July 05. Microwave and Stove Top have never been used. Only took two over night trips and then husband got sick.. Unit has stayed under cover and has only been driven once in the last two years. We added a security system, Astra 7E7 Series. Changed out the rearview mirrow and added the day/night, temp and direction upgraded mirrow. In June of 2006 we replaced the factory tires for all new LT225/75R-16/10 Open Country Blackwall tires. They probably don't have 1500 miles on them. Optional upgrades include: 12' Awning with crank; 4.0 Generator with Remote; 13,500 BTU Roof Air with Heat Pump and a 6' Refrigerator upgrade; Upgrade Millennium Paint. Factory MSP of $104,532.00. Current NADA shows averag retail at $58548....this is an above average unit!
