Bath has good sized tub/shower with skylight, and there is an outside shower. Multi-speaker stereo, wired for park cable or roof TV antenna. Kitchen has a 2 door frig/freezer, an LP range/oven and microwave. Lots of cabinet and counter space. Upgraded decor, wallpaper. LP water heater and floor ducted heat. A/C blowers in living/kitchen and ducted to bedroom. Twenty foot roll out patio cover is nearly new condition. Original owners, never smoked in and never damaged. Very well maintained. Heavy duty sway bars and receiver hitch. Magnetic brakes. A very clean, fun, liveable unit, all ready to roll.
