| 1989 Gulf Stream Sun Vista Description |

We just traded for the 1989 Gulfstream motorhome. We checked out this motorhome and here is what we found. Engine runs and drives. Generator runs. Both roof A/C's work dash A/C does not work. Furnace works, refrigerator works, roof has had some leaks but we have re-sealed it and put a new A/C gasket on and now it is not leaking. There is no mattress in the bedroom. Please understand, this motorhome is 20 years old and it is being sold "AS-IS" with no warranty. We check the above items out and they were working when we checked them. The odomete has less than 900 miles on it. It was relaced and we have the old one that shows 43,000 miles. It was replaced because the speedometer was not working correctly but the motorhome is being sold with mileage UNKNOWN. The NADA value on the camper is $7320.00. We are selling it for ONLY $5899.00??
