Exterior is in good condition, has been well maintained and the engine and all interior appliances are all in good operating condition.
Recently had new brakes, new battery's, major tune-up, & generator serviced.
Has 2-Roof AC's, and built-in generator. Awnings include two side windows and large awning over RV coach area. Includes roof rack for storage and motorcycle hitch/carrier on rear of the coach. Includes exterior rear driving camera and automatic parking levelers.
Interior is mauve and light grey upholstered, in very good condition and solid oak cabinets throughout. Extra's include, built in Refrigerator/Freezer, ice maker, central vacuum cleaner, lots of storage capacity internal and external on the motor coach. Also includes built in TV with VCR player which can be changed out to a DVD player unit if desired.
Full bath includes vanity and full standup shower,with toilet.
