This unit has a front walk around queen bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, central living and kitchen area with fold up table and hide a bed sleeper with large rear bath. Kitchen area is huge with large l-shaped countertop. Huge pantry and tons of closet and storage space. All appliances in working order. Interior features include 13" tv, hidden 3 gun rack, 14 coat hooks, large central flourescent lighting, interior dead bolt, fire extinguishers, smoke alarm, 6 cu ft gas/elec fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, 6 gallon gas hot water heater, furnace, a/c, carpet, tub/shower, toilet, bath sink, and some mini blinds (the rest are curtains). Exterior features include battery, porch light, manual front jacks, outside storage, 2 30 lb lp tanks, awning and screen room, and front entry door. Call quick on this one!! We take trades.
