The Cougar 245RKS 5th wheel trailer is in excellent condition. A non-smoking and no pets. It is on a seasonal lot in NJ. It can moved to a distance within reason. I chose this trailer for it's ease of towing with a 1/2 ton truck. It is very well constructed.
