| 2002 Jayco Eagle 325 BHS Description |
Purchased camper new in 2002. Excellent condition. Many upgrades, options and extras. No smoking and no pets. Extremely clean inside and out. Walls are beige with blue, carpet is blue, linoleum is beige, cabinets are solid oak and stained a light oak color.
Bunkhouse for the kids has 3 bunks 30”W x 75”L, two large drawers and a 3-shelf closet for clothes and storage along with a cubby great for shoes or toys. Also has its own door to outside...keeps them from tracking through the kitchen and living room! They loved having their own space and I loved not having their stuff in my space. We're only selling because kids are grown and we built a cabin in the Adirondacks instead.
Sleeps 9...two in master bedroom that has queen bed, three in bunkhouse bunks, two on full size Hide-a-Bed sofa (not the fold down futon sofa) and two on the convertible dinette.
12' slideout with awning cover.
Bedroom height is 72" so you can stand up comfortably.
Kitchen, hall, bath and bunkhouse are linoleum. Living room, dinette area, bedroom and stairs to bedroom are wall to wall carpet. We added a piece of new carpeting left over from our house to the bunkhouse for the kids. Can easily be removed or replaced.
13500 BTU A/C and 40000 BTU auto ignition furnace. Both work GREAT!
TONS of storage inside and out:
Kitchen: Upper cabinets are 16.5”D x 50”W x 26”H with two shelves. Lower cabinet is 32”Dx 36”W x 25”H with two shelves and two access doors, one under sink and one in door entryway for easy access from outside. Top pantry is 22.75”D x 11.5”W x 47”H, lower pantry is 22.75”D x 11.5”W x 25”H.
Living Room: Two overhead cabinets are 67”W x 10”D x 10”H each. Under TV cabinet on left is 17”W x 24”D with two shelves 11”H, on right is 22”W x 25”D x 22”H. Above TV is wardrobe cabinet that is 40.5”W x 42”H x 24”D w/ rod for hangers and passes through to bedroom. Coat closet with 4 hooks and two small shelves is 21.5”W x 77”H x 7.5”D. TV opening holds 20” TV comfortably. Also has small shelf under TV for VCR, cable or satellite box or magazines, etc.
Bedroom: Overhead cabinet with three doors is 62.5”W x 15”D x 17”H, upper cabinets on left and right of bed are each 13.5”W x 32.5”D x 12”H, lower cabinets on left and right of bed are 13.5”W x 32.5”D x 50.5”H and have rod for hangers. Bed lifts for storage area 48”W x 12”H x 72”L. Wardrobe that passes through to living room. Three drawers 12”W x 20”D. Flip up shelf holds 13-15” TV.
Bunkhouse: Two drawers are 30”W x 17”D each. Closet is 14.5”W x 48”H x 32.75”D with three shelves. Two small drawers are 14.5”W x 24”D x 5”H. Corner cubby is 12” x 12” on an angle with fip-up quilted top. Flip up TV shelf holds 13-15” TV.
Bathroom: Mirrored medicine cabinet is 19”W x 25”H x 6”D with two shelves, under sink cabinet is 17”W x 12”H x 13”D with two shelves. Small drawer is 12”W x 8”D.
Hall wardrobe closet opposite bathroom: Upper closet has rod for hangers and we added coated wire storage cubes for towels, etc. Closet measures 40.5”W x 59”H x 24”D. Underneath cabinet is 40.5”W x 12”D.
Outside: 26” x 22” pass-through rear storage area with a 20” x 20” door on each side and a door in the rear. Front storage area is 92”W x 24”D x 36”H.
Manufacturer Upgrades: High gloss fiberglass exterior. 20' awning. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Rubber roof. Roof ladder. Tinted safety glass. Flexfoil insulation package and extra roof insulation for cold weather camping. Spare tire and carrier underneath. Electric jacks. Snap jacks. Shock absorbers. Outside portable gas BBQ with carrying case. 10-gallon gas/electric auto-ignition water heater. Hide-a-Bed sofa with foot rests. AM/FM/CD player. Phone jack. TV Antennae w/ booster. Cable TV hookup. Raised-panel oak doors. Dinette benches with storage, one with door and one with pull-out drawer. 26”W x 20”D tub / shower. Bi-fold shower door. Bath skylight. Large double-door 8 cu ft refrigerator/freezer. Power roof vent w/ rain sensor in bedroom.
Extras we added: Slide out cover. Removable, reinforced bike rack for up to 4 bikes. Spare tire carrier on 5th wheel hitch instead of underneath camper. Fifth wheel pin stabilizer. Closet organizer. Two 9x12 patio mats.
All original. Well maintained and cared for. Has not required any repairs or service to date. Covered when stored for the winter.
NADA Guide book value that doesn't include extras is $21,179.
