Well Heartland Sundance did it again,....here's a super cool bunk house floor plan thats brand new!!......The 3300RLB,..this bunk house is a triple slide out with a rear bunk area thats too cool.....this 5th wheel has a rear loft bunk that has it own set of steps, AND below is a "hide-a-bed" air mattress / sofa that faces a cool flat screen LCD TV....this means the kids have their own room, thats good thing right??? The room size is almost 6' by 10' with a 6'2" ceiling height....it has a super slide out in the lounge area and a master bedroom slide out also. This unit has the all popular "side aisle entry" to the master bedroom which gives Mom and Dad a lot of privacy.....an all enclosed bathroom....it has a 27" HD LCD TV in the main area,....and all the quality you would expect from Heartland...here's a list of the options I ordered this one with....the interior color is Majestic Blue,...it has a spare tire with carrier,....16" aluminum wheels,...shocks on the axles,...an exterior shower,...an A&E electric awning,...50 amp service,....an ABS hitch cover,....an 8 cu ft refer with raised oak fronts,....a ceiling fan with light,...solid surface counter tops,...a hide-a-bed sofa in the lounge area AND another one in the bunk room,...a 19" LCD TV in the kids room and the 27" LCD TV in the main room,...and this unit has a 15K ducted roof A/C,....LOADED UP!!!!...a very nice, BRAND new floor plan,....this definitely is a must see!!!.If we can help you, or answer any questions, please give us a call....888-299-8565,....ask for John, Kenny, Larry or Randy,..you can also email us at rvoutletusa@yahoo.com and our direct website is www.rv007.com We have great financing too!!!...give us a call!!!
