Here's a pretty cool floor plan by Heartland Sundance,..the 3300RC, ..this 5th wheel is not only a rear bunk, front master bedroom, with a super slide, but it's also a Toy Hauler too!! It has a 5' wide, 6' long ramp door on the side that allows you to haul a Harley, a MX bike, even a golf cart!!..Cool concept!!..You get all these options, plus it's still a Sundance! It has all the quality that you would expect from Heartland,...the Sundance Package which includes over 30 options,...Here's a list of a few....Entry assist handle,Microwave oven, Black tank flush, full fiberglass front cap, safety glass windows, quick release jack pins, enclosed and heated underbelly and valves, porcelain toilet,.....and a lot more!!! Here's a list of the options we ordered on this unit....The interior color is Merlot...it has a spare tire and carrier,...16" tires and rims,...shocks on the axles,...an exterior shower,.....this unit has an A&E electric awning,...50 amp service,....an ABS hitch cover,....an 8 cubic foot refrigerator,...solid oak refer fronts,...a 15K BTU A/C in place of the 13.5,...a ceiling fan with light kit,...solid surface counter tops,...and a hide-a-bed "air mattress sofa!!!
