ATTENTION LADIES: Huge bathroom with real doors. The bathroom includes the toilet, glass shower, large vanity with house-size sink, lots of cabinet space, and a full-length dressing mirror. Speaking of mirrors, bedroom has mirrored sliding closet doors across the front interior wall, PLUS 3 large mirrors on another wall. The dresser features 12 LARGE DRAWERS, plus other cabinets. Speaking of storage, your really can TAKE IT ALL WITH YOU, because Newmar engineers thoughtfully made use of every area of space that is often wasted on cheaper brands. For example, there are 10 BONUS STORAGE COMPARTMENTS in the skirt and front and rear end-cap areas of this coach, these are areas that would usually be unusable space on lesser coaches. Plus you still get the large outdoor compartments that you would expect with a big 5th-wheel coach. The interior cabinetry is OAK WOOD, NOT "LOOKS LIKE OAK" paper-covered particle board. Even OAK FLOORING in the kitchen and at the entry door. The oak cabinetry is beautiful in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and entertainment center. The 4 chairs and dining table are also oak. QUALITY is what you would expect from a Newmar Mountain Aire, and this coach won't let you down. Even the counter tops are marble and the sink is stainless steel. The kitchen drawers and cabinets are large, like at home. The owner of the coach chose PREMIUM AWNINGS, they are all weather guard with metal-wrap, to protect the fabric when the awnings are not in use. Every side window has an awning, plus there is a large patio awning. Also outside, there is a roof ladder and the tires are Goodyear. Thoughtful touches abound in the coach, there is even a retractable curtain that protects the front lower area of the coach from stones and road debris thrown up by the truck while towing. This coach is in outstanding condition. Even the white cloth headliner looks like brand new! The quality of the exterior fiberglas and finish is so good that this coach looks better than other brands look after only 3-years! NON-SMOKER, NO ODORS, NO DAMAGE, NO EXCESSIVE WEAR. A lot of coach for the money!
