Here's your chance to own a Rockwood 2701SS for thousands less than a new one, and this unit still looks and smells new!!! They ordered it with all the goodies too!!...This unit has the front island queen bed, and the mattress is heated!,...is has a super slide out,...a full dinette, a very nice galley, and the 2 bunks in the rear....Pretty standard floor plan, but the big deal is the light weight. It's constructed with Aluminum, not only side walls bit interior construction too! Thats where Rockwood is different from al the other manufactures. I did a walk around the unit, here's some of the options I seen,....the interior color is Tan,..It has a front Island queen bed,...it has a sofa and a dinette that also convert into a bed,...Raised Oak cabinets throughout the RV,...an AM-FM-CD Player with interior and exterior speakers,...a double door Dometic refer,...the bottom bunk in the rear is a double bed and the top a standard,...it has a rear bathroom,...lots of cabinets,...a microwave oven,...a 3 burner stove top with an oven and cover,...a double sink,...a create-a-breeze fan in the bathroom and all the books.....it looks NEW!!!! The exterior is nice too,...seriously, we sell Rockwoods, I could park this one right beside a new one, and you couldn't tell the difference!! Again, the Rockwoods are constructed with Aluminum and have fiberglass exterior walls,...the tires on this RV are at least 95% if not more!! it has an 19' A&E awning,...outside speakers,...a complete water filtration system,..a 6 gallon gas/electric DSI water heater,...a slide topper over the slide out,...outside shower,...cable TV and satellite hook up,...4 stab jacks,...a rear ladder,...spare tire with carrier and cover,.....a very nice unit!....New, these units are over 20K with these options,....don't miss this one!!
