New air conditioner (Coleman roof model) June 2007, ice cold.
New hardwood floors 2006. Beautiful and functional.
New tires 2006.
Awning. Spare tire. Four burner stove. Microwave. Full shower, tub, sink - cute bathroom with new flooring. Separate bedroom with plenty of storage, new blackout shades. Hanging closet in hallway. Plenty of storage in living room/kitchen area.
Upholstery all very nice. Sliding desk/table installed on passengers’ side dash. Makes a GREAT desk or sitting area. This model also has the table that installs in front of the couch – you can keep it up or put it up in less than a minute.
BONUSES: One outdoor padded “porch swing” to sit in comfort and enjoy the sunset, or lay it out flat and have a snooze! Also included, a 6 month Good Sam membership.
The Ford engine is basic and easy to maintain – no complicated computers. Normal wear and tear on the unit, no damages.
Not fancy, but mighty fine.
I pulled a Carfax Vehicle History report on this RV when I purchased it 2 years ago. No accidents or abnormal incidents noted. I can scan and e-mail report to you if you like. Note: The title lists it as a 1990 and the ID number on the rig lists it as a 1991 model.
We are Katrina survivors and have really enjoyed ourselves in our Georgie Boy. It's been FANTASTIC. We love RVing but are ready to build a new home. Wife just got offered job in metro area so we have dropped the price.
I will take payment in money order; will need $1000 down when you decide to buy. Will deliver to you for cost of gas and $300-$500 depending on where you live if you are out of the Ga – Ala – Miss. area. You can pick it up in Alabama if you choose.
