2004 Georgia Boy Pursuit 2970, 29 feet long, two slide outs, excellent condition. Color is white with teal green, real ladder and radial tires 245/70R 1905F, Located near Dallas, Texas
(in Carrollton). Original owner, Ford V-10, 6.8 liter gasoline engine, 4 speed OD transmission, less than 4,300 very low miles (a cream puff). Equiped with awning, lighted mororized two step entry, auto or manual hydraulic Big Foot leveler jacks, adjustable rear monitor, Onan 5.5 KW generator, awnings over both slides, two 12,000 btu roof A/C, 31,000 btu furnace, heated and lighted basement storage compartments, socket tow hitch and an invertor. Very comfortable interior with living room slide out, 27 inch TV with dual DVD and video player, galley equipped microwave, three burner natural gas stove with oven. Two way refrigerator/freezer (works on natural gas or electricity). Stand alone shower with bathroom across the hall, six gallon hot water heater (we never ran out of hot water even when there were six of us taking showers). The bedroom has a slideout that gives plenty of room to move about the bed and easy to get in the closets, a 13 inch TV that is also connected to the DVD/video player. Plenty of closet space and overhead cabinets, a built in vanity. Several overhead lights throughout the coach and in each basement storage compartment. There is also an outside shower. Ready to live in. Complete with kitchen utensils and appliances. Electrical service is 50 amp with adapters for 30 or 20 amp hookups. Hitch is the socket type for towing a vehicle. The coach is cable/telephone ready or us the bat wing antenna. A DTV converter box goes with the TV's. The best thing is that this unit comes fully equipped, and a transferable Continued Service Plan for the equipment inside the coach. It contains everything necessary for embarking on that RV trip you are wanting to take. We are including several extras such as a water bucket, funnels, shoe scraper, outside awning lights, awning deflappers, door mats, outside green carpet, window squeegee, tire took, blue tarp, levelor jack pads, collapsible seven foot ladder, cooking equipment, table cloth with tie downs, portable propane Bar B Que grill with propane bottles, camping saw, camping shovel, axe, two outdoor camping loung chairs (used only once), water hoses for potable and gray water, water spicket adapter for two hose hook up, water purifier, plus a few more little extra items.
