Here's a very popular floor plan by Forest River,...the Work and Play 38FK,..if your need room in the cargo area, this one has 17'7" of work area...and a partition wall!!....this unit will sleep 8,...and it's ducted for A/C and heat in the cargo area. It has a very nice adult size shower in the bathroom, a full galley, an oversize dinette table..pretty much everything you would need!!...Also this unit only weighs 9930lbs,...for a 38' unit, thats pretty light.
