Excellent condition 2004 Sunnybrook Titan, the top of the line in towables. All Oak cabinets and trim. Gelcoat exterior. Plastic still on front area carpet. Rear bedroom with queen bed for mom and dad. Bathroom with radius shower. Queen sofa and dinette worked well for the kids (smaller ones on dinette). Tires, brakes and other mechanicals like new. Brand new 21' awning after a heavy rain destroyed the original. Kept new looking, clean and polished. 19" TV, VCR and DVD player for those rainy days. Maxair vents over rear roof fans. 13.5 ducted A/C unit; Fantastic fan with heat/rain sensor in the front kitchen. Empty weight about 6800 lbs, GVWR is 9632 lbs. Absolutely love the unit, just needed to move to a toy hauler. Ready to camp with everything you need to hit the road including the reese weight distributing pin and sway bar. The Chair shown in the floor plan is not in this trailer and not included. Asking to get close to the $22,000 we owe on the loan. Title will be cleared and payed off at end of transaction. ***Will deliver within 100 miles of Cold Spring, NY with cash payment***
