We bought the rig new from Wheeler's in Las Vegas. It is in excellent condition. We have mainly kept it in the desert Southwest where it is dry and a very mild climate.
The Unit has two axels with dual tires (that makes 8 tires on the ground) and it handles like a dream with that stability. There is also a Trail-Aire Hitch on the unit which adds stability to the coach with the air bag and dual shock-absorbers. It has a spare tire holder in the back of the coach with the dual batteries. Large storage in front with a sliding tray that goes from side to side for eazy access to anything put on it. On the roof there is a Movin' View Satelite Dome which will automaticly find either Dish or Direct T.V.(just push a button and it does the work for you.) It has "In Home Theater Sound System" built in. The unit also has a built-in water filter that filters the water before it gets to any faucet in the house. Kitchen has Corian countertops.
