Brand NEW 2009 Keystone Cougar floor plan, the 293SAB,..this 5th wheel is a rear bunk, WITH a bath and a half!!!, double slide outs!! This was one of Cougars show stoppers in Louisville... Keystone makes a really nice 5th wheel,..This unit has a side isle entry to the master bedroom, a separate glass privacy door to the master also!!..This unit has a 32" HD LCD TV on a swing arm in the lounge area,..In the bunk room, it has over sized bunk beds and a trundle bed underneath! Privacy doors from the bunk room to the lounge area,...a great floor plan!! Keystone uses extended pin boxes so a short bed truck can pull them. They also use their patented "Hitch Vision",...this gives the customer a built in mirror and lights for easy guidance when hooking up! They also use a 5 sided aluminum super structure,...a one piece rubber roof membrane with a 12 year warranty,..3/8 roof decking,..fiberglass insulation on the roof,..insulated foam core on the A/C ducts,..solid block insulation on the sidewalls and that gives you a R-14 on the roof, and a R-9 on the side walls rating. They also use a 2" not a 1 1/2 " welded aluminum wall studs...also ultra lube axles...they're very nice coaches!!....this 5th Wheel does have a very nice master bedroom with plenty of walking around room,....an Island queen bed,..a NEO angle shower, with a separate vanity in the bathroom,..this unit has an over sized dinette table,.. with overhead cabinets over top the sofa,..There's no doubt, this floor plan will be there top seller,......This 5th wheel only weighs 8730 lbs, perfect for the 3/4 ton pick up!!!...Here's a list of the options we ordered on this one,...the interior color is Autumn Night,..it has the convenience package,..the value package,..and the "Camping in Style" package,..also we ordered it with the Polar package for those extra cold nights,..it has a 32" HD LCD TV with a multi directional swing arm,..a 12V AM-FM-CD-DVD Player with MP3 aux,...an outside LP quick connect,..outside speakers,..Radial Tires,...a black tank flush,..it has a slide out bike/storage rack,..pass through storage entertainment hook ups,..tinted safety glass,...a hide-a-bed sofa with an air mattress,..carbon monoxide and smoke detectors,..and day/night shades,...a very nice unit with a lot of useful options!!....If we can help you, please give us a call...434-799-8721,...ask for John, Kenny, Larry or Randy,...you can also email us at rvoutletusa@yahoo.com,..and our direct website is www.rv007.com....take a look, we have great financing too!!!
