On a Well maintaned Motorhome, which also come with a 1999 Chevy Tracker for towing.
This unit was purchased in Texas so it has never seen SNOW....
The Motorhome has newer tires w/extend valves and sun sheild wheel covers. Included is; Duel air condishioners w/ central air ducts, opt. 5.5 generator, an 18ft. front awning, plus e-z pull down awning's over the other windows & custom made Sun Screen shades for the big front windows. A rear back-up camera w/ monitor, Sony VCR-DVD player, two dish recivers and a new roof satilite dish already installed.
The livingroom TV is a Color 27' & the back bedroom TV is a color 13'. Added bonus; an outside sattelite dish w/ tri pod, just incase you want to park in the shad.
The Kitchen has alot of honey Oak Cabinets for storage, glide roll out drawers, a Lg. fridge, 4 burner stove w/ oven, microwave w/ hood vent and a great roll out pantry for storing all of those can goods.
Extra Options also included; automatic electric step, battery disconnects, rear ladder, antenna w/ power boost, Lg walk in shower w/skylight in bath, an outside shower, and a whole lot of outside storage compatments which are carpeted, heated and lighting. 6gal water heater with DSI plus mototaid.
The motorhome's Fiberglass body with a One Pc-Fiberglass Roof makes for e-z maintainance. Located on the back is a stow-master hitch.
This motorhome has everything you could possibly want or need... Just turn the key and you are ready to go. Chevy Tracker has 80,000 HYW miles and is VERY EASY TO TOW .
Both the MOTORHOME and the TRACKER are IN VERY GOOD CONDITION & have been WELL-MAINTAINED. (Good records kepted on both)
