Great starter Rv! Front kitchen layout, rear walkaround queen bed, patio awning with center rafter, roof air, dual 30# lp tanks, 6 gallon hot water heater, fiberlgass window awning, dual entry, lendahand grab handle, 4 burner range, oven, furnace, dinette booth, jack knife sofa, sleeps 6, weight 4080, mauve interior. Condiiton is average with some soft paneling a the wall/roof line and under a few windows. There are some patches on the roof and the interior ceiling panels have been painted. It was well done, and the coach is not currently leaking. It is structurally sound and cosmetically typical for the age. Unit Options: Air Conditioning, Awning, Stove, Stove Top Burner, Water Heater
