Model C40IKQS. 39.9’ long has four slide outs plus a deck slide. Onan 5500 generator with one hour. Moryde system and Arctic Package Insulation (good to 20 below) .
Has tracking satellite for DirecTv or Dish. Two air conditioning units 50 and 30 amp , one in bedroom and one in living room. Living room has ceiling fan and fireplace. This is the top of the line Crown Marquis, so the couch and 2 recliners are leather. The interior is decorated in nice subtle earth tones. Beautiful window treatments with sun and night shades. Counters in kitchen and bathroom Corian. Bathroom is private, and has closet with washer and dryer. Chef style kitchen, with a large double door stainless fridge, Sharp microwave/convection oven and double Corian sink, cabinets are cherry wood throughout with plenty of storage space. Bed is king-size with storage underneath. Large mirrored closet in bedroom. There are 2 plasma TV’s, one in bedroom and living room. This unit has automatic awnings with remote control. Two 40 lb. propane tanks and a self cleaning waste tank. The water heater is electric and LP gas. There is tons of storage under the belly with a storage slide out. Must see this RV. Purchased new for $123,000 now sacrificing for $75,000 or best offer. Also has 5 year warranty. There are not many Crown Marquis in the market for sale you can check online yourself .
