This fully self-contained Travel Trailer is used but in excellent condition. There are some small dings and scratches that are normal wear and tear from road movement. This trailer has not been dry-camped. For those not familiar with this term…Dry-camping is when all of the built-in capabilities of a trailer or RV are utilized like the water storage tanks and built-in 12 volt water pump.
It will comfortably sleep four adults; two in the queen sized bed and two in the sofa hide-a-bed. It also comes with some of the small additional items needed to be purchased: waste line support stands, spool of cable for the cable TV hook-up, small vacuum, gauges on the LP tanks... There are plenty of roomy storage spaces within this trailer.
This trailer also comes with a towing stabilization package for the towing vehicle
I certify that all of the appliances, plumbing and equipment (AC, heater, sinks, TV, etc.) contained within this trailer to be operational. The water pump works and has only been used to flush the fresh water lines during the winterization process. The television has been upgraded to a system that is compliant with the digital transmissions. Below the television set is an electric fireplace/space heater that provides a beautiful ambiance when desired.
