2002 Jayco Designer Legacy 5th Wheel. We are the second owner, purchased in June 2006. Used as living quarters until our new home was built last summer.
This unit has all the standard features of the Legacy series plus upgrades: shock absorbers, dinette, hide-a-bed, leather recliners, satellite dish with Sony 27 inch TV with stereo surround sound, maple wood floors, maple cabinets throughout, wood blinds, microwave oven, 3 burner gas range with oven, large double refrig/freezer, solid surface countertops, thermal paned tinted windows, 15,000 BTU central AC, 10 gallon water heater w/DSI, 40,000 BTU furnance with floor ducted heat, washer/dryer combo, 4000 watt generator, 16 ft exterior awning, 3 electric slides, skylight in bath, cedar closet, shower enclosure, ceiling fan in living room, exterior security and patio lights, 55 amp converter and charger, aluminum rims, spare tire with carrier.
This unit is in EXCELLENT condition and ready to go. We REDUCED the ASKING price to $32,900.00 and NADA RV Average Retail price for this unit is $38,850. We want this unit sold and the price reflects this. I have the original invoice from original owner with all equipment and upgrades and will share this information. The original owners paid $55,600 for the unit.
