This unit has been used very little, only 3 major trips and some weekends. Everything works perfect and to my knowledge there is nothing wrong with the unit. The kids are grown and we no longer need the bunk house with the extra sleeping space. This unit will sleep 10 comfortably but you could sleep more. It is clean and been well cared for, no smoking, no pets. We are located approximately 50 miles south of Kansas City near LaCygne Kansas. You may contact me by the following:
