BACK ON THE MARKET....SALE FELL THROUGH... like new, 2006 American Tradition. It has a slide out in the living area and 2 slide outs in the bedroom, a beautiful lighted, mirrored make up area in the bedroom, Girard awnings on the exterior over the windows, a king size air bed with dual remotes, 2 leather sofas (one is a full size air mattress bed and the other opens to sleep 1-2), a lighted, fabric ceiling package, has $10,000 of extras installed at the dealership when purchased (stainless steel package around exterior of coach, under coach gold lighting and windshield and front window privacy screens and Wade entry mats), outside entertainment center complete with a tv, flat screen tv in the front and in the bedroom, washer and dryer combo, full length cedar wardrobe, 10 gallon water heater, 3 a/c, lighted entry assist handle, color back up monitor, clear front bra, GPS system, satellite radio, satellite tv, DVD player and home entertainment system, power driver's window, automatic air leveling system and hydraulic leveling also, a beautiful custom made comforter (valued at $2000.00) for the bed which is normally on American Heritage coaches, just so many extras to list them all. This coach has been kept inside a heated garage when not in use. It has been updated by Caterpillar on the latest software package for the chassis. It has been warrantied by American Coach in Decatur for minor items. There is basically nothing wrong with this coach to my knowledge. You have to see it to believe how nice it is. WE WOULD CONSIDER DELIVERING THE COACH TO YOU FOR OUR EXPENSES... NO PETS....NON SMOKING ....400 HP Caterpillar. We paid over $350,000.00 for this coach when it was new, November 2005. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY CON ARTISTS TRYING TO OFFER THIS VEHICLE FOR LESS MONEY. THIS VEHICLE WILL NOT BE SOLD FOR LESS THAN I HAVE IT ADVERTISED FOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE SELLER, NOT A DEALERSHIP. RETAIL FOR THIS PARTICULAR COACH IS APPROXIMATELY $325,000.00 AND UPWARDS. NEW EQUIPMENT RECENTLY ADDED....SANICON - SANITARY SEWER DISPOSAL AUTOMATICALLY....VENT COVERS FOR 2 EXHAUST FANS THAT CAN BE OPEN WHILE IN TRAVEL, RAIN OR ANYTIME.
