This Motor Home is a 2004 Alfa See Ya with only 23000 miles. It has a 330 HP Cat engine, 6 speed Allison automatic transmission, Freightliner chassis and Neway air ride suspension. The interior has a leather sofa with queen size hide-a-bed , and two leather recliners. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, we replaced the standard mattress with a Kingsdown Orthopedic mattress, TV with DVD player, full wall closet with full length mirror doors, and lots of drawer space. This unit features a private bath with sky-light over shower, and lots of storage space. This unit is equipped with a washer-dryer combination, 12 cubic ft. four door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave/convection oven and 3 burner stove. There is an oak dinette table with leaf and 4 dinette chairs. The living room features a ceiling fan, 7’6” ceiling, and a 42” slide out. It also has a slide out in the bedroom. There is a King Dome automatic satellite dish on roof, plus a portable satellite dish, and Direct TV receiver. There is 4 TV’s total. 27” in living room, 13” in galley, 13” in bedroom and 19” in outside entertainment center. Outside Entertainment center also has refrigerator/freezer and 4 patio chairs with 2 tables. There is a 10 disc CD changer and a DVD and VCR player with surround sound in living area. The unit has an electric patio awning, with remote control, an entry awning and window awnings. The back up camera also has audio. We have added 4 tire covers, and front bra, and 40 channel CB radio. The coach carries 100 gallons of fresh water, 75 gray and 45 black water. This coach has 399 sq. ft. of living space, tons of inside and outside storage. The coach is equipped with a 7.5 Diesel Generator. The fuel tank holds 100 gallons of fuel. This coach is in perfect condition throughout. No smokers and no pets or children. The coach has been serviced as scheduled. There is a Blue Ox tow package that is also included. I will deliver to buyer for cost of fuel.
