RV Search Refund Policy

The Sell Your RV service offered by rvSearch.com is a great value as it includes reasonable RV listing price packages, a high level of exposure to potential buyers, and effective options for improving the odds of a buyer noticing your listing. Much like any other classified service, rvSearch.com does not generally offer refunds on listing fees.

The following explains more fully how rvSearch.com operates with regard to listing fee refund requests:

1. rvSearch.com will not refund a listing fee, for any reason, if rvSearch.com receives the request for refund more than 72 hours after a listing has been ordered. rvSearch.com WILL correct any mistakes made by us with regard to a listing, but will not offer a refund.

2. If you call within 72 hours of purchasing a listing, rvSearch.com will provide a refund if one of the following criteria applies:

(a) If photos are mailed or emailed into RVSearch.com the system requires 24 hours for photos and up to 48 hours for multiple photos to post; or

(b) You mistakenly purchased duplicate listings through rvSearch.com for the same vehicle, and seek to cancel and obtain a refund on the duplicate listing(s) only. We will not provide a refund on the original listing.

3. rvSearch.com will not provide a refund for any other reason, regardless of when you contact us. Refunds will not be given if you change your mind about the listing, if you have made errors during the submission of the listing, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through rvSearch.com, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. Nor will we provide a refund if rvSearch.com has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the listing. If rvSearch.com has made such mistakes, we will make every effort to make the appropriate corrections to the listing as soon as possible after notification of such mistakes.

4. If you made mistakes in submitting a listing with rvSearch.com, we will make corrections to the listing. There will be no charge for these corrections, unless you wish to order additional enhancements, in which cases there may be an additional charge. If you wish to change to a less expensive listing package, however, rvSearch.com will not provide any refund.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ASSIST+ MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Only sellers who purchase an Assist+ listing (“Assist+ Listing”) are eligible for RVSearch.com's money back guarantee (the “Guarantee”). Assist+ Listings that meet all of the following eligibility requirements are eligible for a full refund of the Assist+ Listing purchase price.

(a) To be eligible for the Guarantee, each listing placed by sellers must:
  • be priced at or below NADA value;
  • include not less than 12 photographs of the RV being sold;
  • include a floor plan of the RV;
  • include complete seller contact information;
  • contain all applicable information requested in the listing request form;
  • provide thorough and complete description of the RV, including, but not limited to, kitchen appliances, A/C units, size of RV beds, interior fabric type, entertainment items and maintenance records; and
  • have been listed continuously on the RVSearch.com site for six consecutive months without interruption following the Assist+ Listing start date.
(b) The advertised RV must still be for sale as of the date the refund request is submitted and the RV’s title must be in the seller's possession or the possession of a lien holder on seller's behalf. Assist+ Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as the result of the listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible for the Guarantee.

(c) The Assist+ Listing must have been purchased by an individual seller and not by or on behalf of any entity or person that is in the business of selling vehicles.

(d) The Assist+ Listing must satisfy all provisions of the RVSearch.com Terms and Conditions available from time to time on RVSearch.com or any other AGI Web site. Any seller who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the RVSearch.com Terms and Conditions or any AGI Web site Terms and Conditions has automatically forfeited its eligibility for the Guarantee.

(e) All refund requests must be made within 14 days following the six month period in which the Assist+ Listing was purchased by seller. Requests may be submitted by phone, mail or e-mail information listed at http://www.rvsearch.com/info/contact-info.cfm.

The above terms and policies may be subject to change; the result of any change will be reflected on these pages.
